Terms of Service for EventBill

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the app EventBill, provided by:

By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

For users who download EventBill from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these Terms of Service. The EULA is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

For users who download EventBill from other platforms (e.g., Google Play Store), the respective license terms of that platform apply. Where those terms do not contain specific provisions, the terms of the Apple Standard EULA shall apply mutatis mutandis (with necessary adjustments) as part of these Terms of Service.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Apple Standard EULA, the provisions of the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.

2. Description of services

EventBill allows you to create events, manage sales counters, record orders, track payments and view statistics. You can also add other users as team members to collaborate on events.

Use is at your own responsibility. We do not guarantee specific availability or functionality.

3. Registration & account

To use the app, you need a user account. You agree to provide truthful information during registration and to keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

4. User responsibilities

You may only use EventBill in compliance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to:

• store or distribute illegal content,
• bypass or manipulate the app's security mechanisms.

5. Changes, costs & termination

We continuously develop EventBill and reserve the right to adjust or discontinue functions.

Services that are currently free may become subject to fees in the future. In such cases, you will be informed in advance and can decide whether to continue using paid offers.

We also reserve the right to shut down the app and delete stored data if we decide to discontinue EventBill in the future.

6. Liability

We strive to provide EventBill free of errors and secure. However, we do not accept liability for:

• the accuracy of the data you record,
• any revenue losses due to calculation errors,
• damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the app.

7. Final provisions

German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

If individual provisions are invalid, the rest of the contract remains effective.
